    • How is mentorship different from therapy?

Therapy is mainly focused on addressing mental health issues, emotional challenges, and past traumas.Therapists are trained to help clients identify and work through emotional and psychological issues that are causing distress or impeding their ability to function. Mentorship, on the other hand, is focused on helping individuals identify and achieve their personal or professional goals. Mentorship may address psychological or emotional barriers that are preventing progress, but they do not provide treatment for mental health conditions. Mentoship takes place over a set amount of time, with a more clear framework and structure, whereas therapy is more open-ended and free-flowing. Many clients reported that although therapy was a conducive and valuable process for them, they opted for mentorship to solve for the ‘what next?’ and to create more practical and tangible action steps to move forward.

    • I only want one or two sessions, do I have to sign up for the whole three months?
